A Gallery featuring original, giclee reproduction and gift items by award winning North Carolina artist Raney Rogers. Raney Rogers has been painting professionally for twenty-eight years since her move to the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Piedmont of North Carolina. Her work is in private and corporate collections throughout the world. She is an award winning artist who teaches workshops through Cheap Joe's and Jerry's Artarama as well as group workshops on the east and west coasts. Raney is a naturalist painter who has studied with internationally known master Robert Bateman. Rogers travels as often as her schedule permits to paint plein air which is painting outside on site. Raney's work ranges from detailed watercolor studies to large scale oils of landscapes, wildlife, nauticals and portraits of people, pets and homes. Clayton Proctor originates from the foothills of North Carolina. He is a self taught artist that began his passion creating wall murals, hand painted furniture and faux wall finishes. His artwork has been influenced by the old masters and impressionists although not exclusively. He has most recently ventured into creating more abstract artwork experimenting with textures and "out of the box" tools.

Clayton is one of the founding members of Ashe Counties' first and only artists' cooperative. You can often find Clayton working in his studio at River Rock Gallery in West Jefferson where his works are currently displayed. Examples of his mural artwork may be found at Mountain Outfitters and the corner of S. Jefferson Ave and E. Buck Mountain Rd in West Jefferson as well as throughout the state of North Carolina. He is available for commission to create the wall mural, portrait or custom painting that you desire.
